The Ministry of Labour recently released a video of 2 Health & Safety inspectors discussing the new legislation under the Occupational Health & Safety Act  for workplace violence and harassment.

The inspectors highlight Bill 168 requirements and discuss what they will look for if they visit an employer. Don't forget, the Bill comes into force next week! Click on the link below to view the video.
